2012 ess&see Pinot Noir

The fruit for this wine was grown in the same vineyard as our Chardonnay, in the southern Adelaide Hills. Handpicked and fermented in 3 separate parcels, the juice was then mixed into some French oak barrels resulting in flavors of spicy caramelised fruit against a slightly sweet backdrop. Pair it with a seasonal platter and a spontaneous, lengthy catch up meal with a treasured friend.
